Terms and Conditions – 9kgo Online Gaming Platform

1 Eligibility

To register and use 9kgo, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions.
• You must be located in the Philippines and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have previously been banned or restricted from the platform.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and verifiable personal information during registration.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 9kgo.

2 Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 9kgo. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice, and any funds associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid mobile number, and an email address. OTP (One-Time Password) verification is used to confirm mobile number ownership during registration and for sensitive account actions.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your username or password with anyone.

• You agree not to use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before withdrawals can be processed. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID and proof of address. This is standard procedure to ensure platform security and compliance.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 9kgo are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports the following payment methods for Philippine players:

If your account is suspended, you may contact support to request a review. 9kgo will assess the circumstances and communicate the outcome in a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining balance in a confirmed account may be subject to review before release.

8 Limitation of Liability

9kgo provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.

• 9kgo is not liable for losses caused by platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to internet connectivity outside our reasonable control.
• We are not responsible for third-party service failures, including payment provider outages or mobile network disruptions.
• In no event shall 9kgo's total liability to you exceed the amount deposited and held in your account at the time of the relevant incident.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
